The Online Learning and Exchange Platform is a collaborative platform between Smart Change Project and Jakarta Smart City. It is a sustainable, robust and modular platform for exchanging local and international information, enabling interactive learning and easy networking.

You can use the platform for many things. Learn and access new skills and knowledge through the Online Learning Platform. Start a conversation or join one and network through the Dialogue feature. Register and join online events. Browse the content featured on the platform. It's your choice and you have the freedom to explore.

First register yourself for an account, fill out the required information. Then you will get a verification notice in your email to activate your account. Now you can use your account to explore the platform.

There are two types of Online Event that you can join, public and private events. If you want to get easy access, please log in to your account and register for the event.

Southeast Asia’s megacities show great potential to become more sustainable urban areas and to develop into important partners for European cities in times of rapid urbanization, digitalization and increasing awareness for sustainable development. Berlin and Jakarta are teaming up through the Smart Change project in order to address challenges connected to this potential, thereby opening a new chapter in their sister city partnership. Fostering also a triangular cooperation with Bangkok, the project supports the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development by accelerating digital transformation and the Smart City 4.0 transformation strategy of Jakarta. The Smart Change project focuses on two areas: on one hand, the further development of the city administration’s smart city and urban innovation strategy and, on the other hand, the support of a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem.
